Taylor Swift had quite a crazy Thursday: As if performing at a sold-out Madison Square Garden on her Fearless tour wasn't enough, the VMA-nominated country-pop star also received a special gift from a fellow pop superstar.
On Thursday night the singer took to her Twitter account to reveal that Rihanna had sent her flowers.
"Rihanna sent me roses. How amazing is she?!" she wrote, adding that the MSG show would be something she remembers for the rest of her life. "Most. Amazing. Night. That's what I'll look back on when I'm old."

In the hours before her big show, Swift tweeted about the music she was listening to in order to get pumped for the show. "Getting ready to 'Juliet' by LMNT. It's a middle school dance party in here. Jay-Z - 99 Problems. The perfect New York City soundtrack," she said. "In the dressing room. Painting a 13 on my hand and listening to @johncmayer. Trying to utilize every good luck charm I have."
She also wrote about how "surreal" it all felt to be playing MSG, even noting that when speaking to her opening act, Gloriana, she couldn't believe it. "Just said 'see you at Madison square garden!' to @glorianatheband after dinner," she wrote. "This is surreal."
