Controversial actress Lindsay Lohan was seen with a new ring on her engagement finger just days after she was spotted getting intimate in public with her DJ friend Samantha Ronson.Lohan was wearing a ring to the Dolce and Gabanna party in Cannes, perezhilton.com reports.
