Heidi Montag slammed a report that claimed she is paid $100,000 per episode on The Hills. Montag said: "We have never made that and we are not making that. I wish that were true." She went on to say that what the actors of the show earn is confidential. "[It's] top secret, but it is not what you would think at all. I do The Hills for the love of it. I don't do it for the money," she said. Montag, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Bosworth were reported earning $100,000 per episode, while other actors' pay packets were put lower.
