TOO MUCH MEDICINES KILLED ANNA NICOLE SMITH

A Los Angeles pharmacist told Anna Nicole Smith’s doctor that the drugs prescribed to her after her son died were “pharmaceutical suicide,” according to documents written by state officials.

The documents were part of an investigation on Smith’s doctors, psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich and internist Sandeep Kapoor dealing with her overdose back in 2007.The documents also showed that the professionals crossed lines and had sexual contact with Smith.

The pharmacist saw the danger and refused to fill prescriptions that included two sedatives, 300 tablets of methadone, a muscle relaxer and four bottles of painkillers nicknamed, “hospital heroin, and stated “They are going to kill her with this.”

The physicians and Smith’s boyfriend and attorney Howard K. Stern pleaded not guilty May 13 to conspiring to illegally provide her with controlled substances. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month.

The New York Medical Examiner's Office has begun to perform the autopsy on DJ AM. UPDATE:: Prescription pill bottles were found by his body. A rep for DJ AM just issued the following statement: "Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein was found deceased this afternoon in his New York City apartment. The circumstances surrounding his death are unclear. Out of respect for his family and loved ones, please respect their privacy at this time." Law enforcement sources tell us DJ AM -- also known as Adam Goldstein -- was found dead Friday at 7am in New York City. Sources tell TMZ he was found in his apartment at around 5:20 PM. We're told drug paraphernalia was found at the scene. TMZ sources say DJ AM had not been seen or heard from for a few days -- one of his friends went to check on him, but got no response after knocking on his apartment door. wenn.com We're told the friend called the cops, who gained entrance to his apartment and found the body. Back in September of 2008, DJ AM and Travis Barker survived a plane crash in South Carolina.

MICHAEL JACKSON' DEATH IS A HOMICIDE CASE

Michael Jackson died from a lethal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol given in a cocktail of drugs, leading authorities to suspect his doctor of manslaughter, court documents showed on Monday.

"The Los Angeles Chief Medical Examiner-Coroner, Dr. (Lakshmanan) Sathyavagiswaran, indicated that he had reviewed the preliminary toxicology results and his preliminary assessment of Jackson's cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol (diprivan)," according to a warrant to search Murray's offices issued by California.

The document was unsealed and released by the Harris County District Clerk in Houston, where Murray has an office. U.S. agents raided the office on July 22.

In an affidavit seeking the warrant, Houston police officer E.G. Chance said U.S. agents had gathered "items constituting evidence of the offense of manslaughter that tend to show that Dr. Conrad Murray committed the said criminal offense."

Hollywood is now seeking and finding the truth of the event. If Michael was overdosed, then justice must be serve.

When Lindsay Lohan absent-mindedly left her cell phone on the counter at a deli in Little Italy, a store clerk kindly ran after her to return it. He knocked on the window of her cab and asked if the phone was hers. Lindsay Lohan grab the phone and shouted that she'll be calling the police.

When the police arrive, the guy handed the phone to them and later on gave it to Lindsay Lohan after making the necessary inquiry about the ownership. Lindsay is furious about the incident and said to be filing a complaint against the poor guy.

The former Posh Spice and current wife of David Beckham will make a “one-off appearance” as a guest judge on American Idol, her rep confirmed to Britain’s Sky News.

Reportedly, this won't be a permanent gig alongside Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi because Beckham doesn’t wanna take time away from her fashion line. Thank goodness.
